Do TST E-Bikes require special assembly?
Our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. We provide a comprehensive toolkit and a step-by-step video guide to help you finish the assembly in approximately 30-45 minutes.
What is your shipping policy for oversized sports equipment?
We offer free standard shipping on all e-bike orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and delivered via specialized freight carriers.
Can I ride my e-bike in the rain?
Yes, TST E-Bikes are IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they can handle splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or pressure washing the electrical components.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every TST E-Bike is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day return window for bikes in new, unused condition. Please note that return shipping fees for oversized items may apply, and the original packaging is required.
