Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the E-Bike

  Ensure the bike is in its original condition, clean, and packed securely in the original factory box with all chargers, keys, and manuals included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply depending on the return reason.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
